Photobooth Rental Agreement

1. Rental Details

2. Equipment Provided

The Company will provide:

• Self-service photobooth unit
• Touch screen interface
• Professional lighting equipment
• Props (if included in package)
• Backdrop (if included in package)
• All necessary cables and setup equipment

3. Renter Responsibilities

3.1 Venue Requirements

The Renter agrees to provide:

• Minimum 10x10 feet of level floor space
• Standard 110V electrical outlet within 10 feet
• Indoor location or weather protection for outdoor events
• Adequate lighting in the photobooth area
• Clear access path for equipment delivery

3.2 Equipment Care

The Renter agrees to:

• Supervise the equipment at all times
• Prevent tampering or misuse
• Keep food and drinks away from equipment
• Not move equipment after setup without permission
• Protect equipment from weather and environmental hazards

3.3 Guest Supervision

The Renter is responsible for ensuring guests:

• Use the photobooth appropriately
• Do not damage equipment or props
• Follow posted instructions
• Maintain appropriate behavior

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Deposit is non-refundable except as stated in cancellation policy
• Booking is not confirmed until deposit is received

4.2 Final Payment

• Remaining balance due 7 days before event
• Late payment may result in cancellation
• Cash or check payments accepted on event day with prior arrangement

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 By Renter

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-29 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund
• All cancellations must be in writing

5.2 By Company

If the Company must cancel due to equipment failure or other circumstances, the Renter will receive a full refund of all payments.

6. Damage and Liability

6.1 Equipment Damage

The Renter is liable for:

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen equipment
• Cleaning fees for excessive mess
• Repair or replacement costs at current market value

6.2 Liability Waiver

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Honey Photobooth Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Use or misuse of the equipment
• Actions of guests or third parties
• Venue conditions or hazards
• Any accidents during the rental period

6.3 Insurance

The Renter is encouraged to verify that their venue or event insurance covers rental equipment.

7. Photo Rights and Privacy

• All photos remain property of the guests who take them
• Company does not retain or use photos without permission
• Renter is responsible for informing guests about photo usage
• Company is not liable for inappropriate photos taken by guests

8. Service Limitations

• Service is self-operated (no attendant unless specified)
• Technical support available by phone during event
• Equipment operates on provided power only
• Internet connection required for email/text sharing features

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God or nature
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• Power outages or technical failures beyond our control

10. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting a booking and payment, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this rental agreement.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
