1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Honey Photobooth Rentals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Rental Services

2.1 Service Description

We provide self-service photobooth rental equipment for events in the Scottsdale, Arizona area and surrounding cities. Our services include:

• Photobooth equipment delivery and setup
• Self-service photobooth operation during your event
• Digital photo delivery via email and text
• Optional props, backdrops, and custom branding
• Equipment pickup after the event

2.2 Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Honey Photobooth Rentals. A booking is only confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received the required deposit.

2.3 Self-Service Operation

Our photobooths are self-service units. No attendant is provided unless specifically included in your package. You and your guests are responsible for operating the equipment according to the provided instructions.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed in your booking confirmation is guaranteed for your event.

3.2 Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel your booking.

3.3 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Failure to pay the full balance may result in cancellation of your booking.

3.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Travel beyond our standard service area
• Extended rental hours
• Damage to equipment (see Section 5)
• Late return of equipment

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-30 days before event: 50% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 14 days before event: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellation

If we must cancel your booking due to equipment failure, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid.

5. Equipment and Liability

5.1 Equipment Care

You are responsible for the equipment from delivery to pickup. You agree to:

• Keep the equipment in a safe, secure location
• Protect it from weather, moisture, and extreme temperatures
• Prevent unauthorized access or tampering
• Not move the equipment once set up without our permission

5.2 Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment while in your possession. Damage charges will be based on repair or replacement costs.

5.3 Liability Waiver

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honey Photobooth Rentals from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of our equipment at your event.

6. Venue Requirements

You must ensure the venue meets these requirements:

• Adequate space for the photobooth (minimum 10x10 feet)
• Access to standard electrical outlet within 10 feet
• Level, stable surface
• Protection from weather if outdoors
• Reasonable access for delivery and pickup

7. Photo Usage and Rights

7.1 Guest Photos

All photos taken by guests remain their property. We do not claim any rights to photos taken at your event.

7.2 Marketing Use

We may request permission to use select photos for marketing purposes. We will never use photos from your event without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or opportunities
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Acts of God, weather, or force majeure events

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
